NABA Cat Eye Lac Gel brings you the latest trends in the salon. You can apply the colour on its own or you can apply it on the top of another colour. You can even create bespoke designs with it. I was so so excited when I received my 5 colours (gold, purple, green, blue and violet) earlier this week. I so wanted to have something like this for ages. Latest trend, magnetic lac gels, woohoo.
So first question is, how to apply correctly?
Well, as it is a lac gel, you will follow the steps of the lac gel service.
- Prep natural nail. Apply NABA Base&Top gel and cure.
- Apply NABA Cat Eye lac gel as a full block colour and cure. Curing time varies. 2 mins in UV lamp or 30 sec in LED lamp.
- Apply NABA Cat Eye lac gel again but do not cure it. Hold the magnet above the nail for 10-15 sec to get the eye effect. Cure.
- You can use NABA Base&Top to get a glossy finish or NABA Matt top coat to get a matt finish.

How to use it as a colour on top of acrylic/hard gel

Third question: can I use another colour as a base colour first and then cat eye lac gel?
Answer: Yes, of course :)
How to use it with another colour
- Apply your choosen colour and cure.
- Apply NABA Cat Eye as a full block colour but do not cure. Hold the magnet above the nail for 10-15 sec to get the eye effect. Cure.

Your base colour can be anything. You do not have to stick with black at all. Here is another example.
My base colour here was NABA hard colour gel 20 Tyrian Purple.
Fourth question: can I do ombre effect with the cat eye lac gel?
Answer: Yes, of course :)
Fifth question: can I do nail art with cat eye lac gel?
